What is the Paschar Internship Program?

The Paschar Internship Program is a 4- to 8-week program offered during the summer break or academic semesters. Participants can choose either in-person or remote participation. Each student is matched with a company and job field that aligns with their academic profile and intended major. Throughout the internship, students receive weekly check-ins and professional feedback on their work to ensure meaningful growth and hands-on learning.

Why is internship experience important?

An internship is more than just a temporary role—it offers students the invaluable opportunity to experience real-world industry settings and explore potential career paths. For students preparing for college, it provides practical, major-related experience and skill-building. For students searching for jobs, it adds credible and competitive experience to their resumes.

What does the Paschar Internship Program include?

To help students fully prepare for their internship, the program includes a wide range of career-readiness training. This includes workshops for crafting resumes, training on the structure of Korean companies and business etiquette, job-specific and industry-specific skill training, and mock interview preparation. These resources are designed to help students approach their internship with confidence.

Upon successful completion of the internship, students will receive a certificate of completion and, if needed, a letter of recommendation.
